Milkomix Ragi Badam Shake

Ingredients:

Ragi 3%, Dextrose, Skimmed Milk Powder 15%, Sugar, Coco Powder 10%, Badam 4%, Anti Caking Agent (E551), Stabilizer Thickening (E415, E407), Sodium Benzoate (E211), Contains Permitted Synthetic Food Colour and Added Flavours

 

DIRECTION FOR USE:

For Milk Shake & Flavoured Milk:

1. Milk Shake: Add a tablespoon of MilkoMix to a glass of Milk (200ml), stir to dissolve and add some ice and churan in the mixer and get a delicious milkshake of your choice. No extra sugar to be added.
2. Flavoured Milk: Add two tablespoons of MilkoMix to plain milk and stir. All flavours are excellent for cold milk.

For Ice Cream:

1. Empty the content of the packet in one & half a litre of milk and heat to a boil for 2 minutes with constant stirring till it becomes a homogenous mixture.
2. The MilkoMix ice cream mixture is then cooled and poured into moulds.
3. Put the moulds in the freezing compartment of the refrigerator.
4. The ice cream will be set in 2 hours. Remove the moulds & beat with a spoon or in a mixer till smooth.

At this stage, ice cream can be served if desired, After beating put the ice cream back in the mould and cover it with a cap & freeze until the ice cream becomes firm and of the required.

 

Store in a Cool, Hygienic and Dry Place.

Do not be busy if the packet is unsealed / is tampered with.
