Ingredients
Chickpea Flour, Refined Wheat Flour, Rice Flour, Semolina, Edible Starch, Panko, Rock Salt, Acidity Regulator (INS 330), Chili Flakes, Oregano, Salt, Mixed Spices (10%) [Cinnamon, Dry Mango Powder, Turmeric, Dried Fenugreek Leaves, Yellow Chilli Powder, Black Pepper, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander, Cumin, Dried Ginger].
Contains: Permitted Synthetic Food Colour (E122), Dry Onion Powder, Dry Garlic Powder.
How to Use
- Take 3 tablespoons of Milk ‘O’ Mix Crunchy Masala in a bowl. Add water and mix well to form a thick paste.
- Add small pieces of Chicken, Mutton, or Fish into the prepared masala paste. Ensure all pieces are evenly coated.
- Heat oil in a frying pan on medium-high flame. Deep fry the coated pieces until cooked and crispy. Remove from the pan.
- Serve hot with Milk ‘O’ Mix Pudina Chutney and enjoy.
