How to Use:
- Milk‘O’Mix: Add two teaspoon full Milk‘O’Mix into a glass of milk (200ml), stir to dissolve and some ice and churn in a mixer and you get a delicious milkshake of your choice. No extra sugar to be added.
- Flavoured Milk: Add two teaspoons of Milk‘O’Mix to plain milk and stir. All the flavors are excellent for cold milk.
- Ice Cream: Thicken the milk by adding cornflour and add Milk‘O’Mix milk flavor and extra sugar to adjust sweetening. Cool and freeze for two hours then beat it with an egg beater to make it frothy. Add cream at this stage and freeze it again. Repeat beating to make it still frothy. Freeze for smooth and delicious ice cream.
- Cake: Add Milk‘O’Mix milk flavor to the dough if cake as also to butter to do icing of cakes.
- Yogurt: Add Milk‘O’Mix flavor to milk before curding it. When the curd settles keep in the refrigerator. You can add Milk‘O’Mix milk flavor Lassi, Porridge, Cornflakes, Puddings, Burfi, and the like, mixed with cream, or malai spread over bread slices to make sweet sandwiches.
You can also make different tasted of fruit cream by using Milk‘O’Mix milk flavor to the fruit cream.
