How to Use:

For Milk Shake & Flavoured Milk:

1. Milk Shake: Add two teaspoon full Milk‘O’Mix into a glass of milk (200ml), stir to dissolve and some ice and churn in a mixer and you get a delicious milkshake of your choice. No extra sugar to be added.
2. Flavoured Milk: Add two teaspoons of Milk‘O’Mix to plain milk and stir. All the flavors are excellent for cold milk.

For Ice Cream:

1. Empty the contents of the packet in 1 & half a liter of milk and heat to a boil for 2 minutes with constant stirring until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.
2. The Milk‘O’Mix ice cream mixture is then cooled and poured in molds.
3. Put the molds in the freezing compartment of the refrigerator.
4. The ice cream will set in 2 hours. Remove the molds & beat with a spoon or in a mixer till smooth. At this stage, the ice cream can be served or if desired, after beating put the ice cream back in the mold and cover it with cap & freeze until the ice cream becomes firm and of the required consistency.
