Ingredients:
Moringa leaf powder 5%, skimmed milk powder 10%, dextrose sugar, caramom 3%, Stabiliser agent (E407, E415), Anti-Caking agent (E551), contains permitted synthetic food, flavours and colour (E122).
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
1. Milk Shake: Add two tablespoons MilkOMix Moringa Shake Powder to a glass of Milk (200ml). Stir to dissolve and add some ice and churn in a mixer, and you get a delicious milkshake of your choice—no extra sugar to be added.
2. Flavoured Milk: Add two tablespoons of MilkOMix Moringa Shake Powder to plain milk and stir. All flavours are excellent for cold milk.
For Ice Cream:
1. Empty the contents of the packet into 1 & half litres of milk and heat to a boil for 2 minutes with constant stirring till it becomes a homogenous mixture.
2. The MilkOMix Moringa mixture is then cooled and poured in moulds.
3. Put the moulds in the freezing compartment of the refrigerator.
4. The Ice Cream will set in 2 hours. remove the moulds & beat with a spoon or in a mixture till smooth.
At this stage, the Ice Cream can be served, or if desired, after beating up, put the Ice Cream back in the moulds and cover it with a cap & freeze until the Ice Cream becomes firm and of the required.
Store in a Cool, Hygienic and Dry Place.
